Please submit your Nomination Sheet (KOBE UNIV_Student Exchange Nomination Sheet AY2025-2026 .xlsx<\/a>) by April 10, 2025<\/span> for 2025 Fall (October) enrollment. For Graduate Students, please choose the preferred Graduate School, in accordance with our Student Exchange Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To Applicants:<\/h3>\n

Applicant must be nominated by your home university first and the\u00a0application deadline for 2025 Fall (October) enrollment is April 30, 2025<\/span> .
\n\uff08We receive your application via Email Attachment.\uff09
\nApplicants must apply for the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) via the online system and obtain the student visa from the Consulate-General\/Embassy of Japan before entering Japan<\/strong>. (Japanese cannot apply for CoE.)
\nThe URL for this Online Application System will be sent to you by email from Kobe Univ (intl-cesr@office.kobe-u.ac.jp)<\/u> around mid-May<\/span>. The deadline for submission will be announced at that time.<\/strong>
