2023年度末である2024年2月26日、国際人間科学部では東灘区の福寿の蔵元である神戸酒心館に留学生と国際共修チューターの有志でお邪魔しました。この試行を踏まえ、新年度に新しい交換留学生たちを迎え、4月13日に留学生歓迎イベントとしての福寿ショートトリップを実施しました。留学生、チューター、引率教員あわせて52名で参加。2グループにわかれて見学しました。ショートトリップの後、留学生とチューターは引き続きお花見を楽しみ、交流を深めました。
On February 26, a group of exchange students and Kobe student tutors visited Fukuju Brewery, a sake brewery in Higashinada Ward Kobe for a field study. In April, we started a new academic year and welcomed new exchange students. We held a Fukuju Short Trip on April 13 as a welcoming event. A total of 52 participants, including exchange students, student tutors, and accompanying faculty members joined the event. After the short trip, the exchange students and Kobe students enjoyed cherry blossoms and deepened their exchange.
Our trip to visit the Fukuju Sake brewing facility was a really interesting experience. While we were learning about how the sake is brewed, it was impressive to see the level of care and precision that went into making sure that the sake was consistent and of the best quality that they could produce.

酒心館では留学生と共に日本酒がどのようにして作られているのかを学び、実際にお蔵も見学してとても興味深かったです。その後のお花見もそれぞれが食べたいものを持ち寄って一緒に食べながら、互いの文化や習慣について共有し合い、非常に楽しい時間でした。
