Exchange Program Application (2026 Fall Semester Enrollment)
Thank you for your interest in our student exchange program of Faculty of Global Human Sciences, Graduate School of Intercultural Studies, and Graduate School of Human Development and Environment, Kobe University in Japan.

To Partner Universities:
Until the 2026 academic year, we used an Excel form. However, from the Spring Semester 2027, we will use a new online system instead. Deadline should be October 20, 2026 for 2027 Spring (April) enrollment. For Graduate Students, please choose the preferred Graduate School, in accordance with our Student Exchange Agreement.
To Applicants:
Applicant must be nominated by your home university first and the application deadline for 2027 Spring (April) enrollment is Novermber 10, 2026.
This is used a new online system from 2027 Spring as well.

Housing Information
Kobe University Accommodation
Housing application deadline is the same date as the exchange program application deadline. Please fill in the section “Accommodation” of the Exchange Program Application Form.
